US Court Ruling Exposes Kennedy Agyapong, Victims of His Allegations Must Test Ghana's Law and Seek Justice - Mantse Ayitey

The recent ruling by a United States court, which found that Kennedy Agyapong’s allegations against investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas were false, is a clear testament to the power of truth and justice. This verdict exposed the reckless accusations that Kennedy Agyapong had made over the years. But if the US judicial system has been so transparent and fair, what about Ghana’s justice system? It’s time to put it to the test.
For too long, Kennedy Agyapong has used his influence and wealth to make wild allegations against respected figures, from journalists to men of God like Prophet Nigel Gaisie, Prophet Owusu Bempah, Prophet Badu Kobi, and many others. He has also targeted business leaders such as Ibrahim Mahama. Now that his lies against Anas have been exposed, how many more of his so-called revelations were nothing but fabrications?

If you are a victim of Kennedy Agyapong’s baseless accusations, now is the time to act. Gather your lawyers, or if you need help, I am willing to assist in finding legal representation for you. He has used his wealth and political connections to intimidate people for far too long. But justice must prevail.

Let us take this fight to Ghana’s courts and see whether our justice system can stand the test of truth. If Kennedy Agyapong has falsely accused people and ruined reputations, then he must face the consequences. The era of using money and power to escape accountability must end.

The ruling against him in the US proves that justice can be served when the system is fair. Now, it’s time for Ghana to do the same. Those he has wrongfully accused must rise and take legal action. Let’s see if Ghana’s justice system will uphold the truth, just as the US court has done.
