Coronavirus: Do Not Donate A Penny To Any African Leader - Alhajj Aliko Dangote

Coronavirus is a moment that the world is trying to overcome. But African leaders want to use this pandemic to distort monies from the citizens and take huge loans in the name of fighting the pandemic.
Now they say the citizen should donate monies to help their deceptive efforts.
What do they use the taxes for, the monies they make from the natural resources in their respective countries?
This is rather the time African governments must give back to society and citizens.
Do not waste your money on any government, they have the money, you have been paying taxes, they should use the monies you make available to them through taxes and revenues.
America is giving money to it's citizens, Europe is doing same, why should  Africans rather give monies to the government?

"Don't waste the little you have on any government, they are richer than you.
Rather look for people in your locality and community to give them food and some little money to support them in this time of no work." 

Alhajj Aliko Dangote is the richest man in Africa.
