The Agony Of NABCO Beneficiaries - Very Disturbing.

A LETTER TO JM
We have been told severally not to complain but be grateful that before the coming of NABCO we had no jobs and were a "burden" to our families. We have been told that if you are owed four, three, two or even one-month stipend you shouldn't complain because before NABCO you were not even expecting anything at the end of the month.
A lot of people, very genuine people suffering as a result of undue and mostly an explained delay in payment of stipends have been castigated and called names, and most painfully tagged with political colors.
Years back I believed that soon there will be a youth revolution in Ghana, a time when the Ghanaian youth will say enough is enough, a time when the Ghanaian youth will take their destiny into their own hands...but I was probably wrong.
The Ghanaian youth is a coward, the Ghanaian youth is just a bootlicker...forgive me for using some of these words but it's very true. We are happy because we have been given jobs which pay us ones every two months, we are happy that we are paid to survive and not to live...
We can't complain because some of us have become defense attorneys for the people who make us to literally beg for what's due us.
Did NABCO really employ 100,000 young Ghanaians?. If yes then I'm really afraid for the future of this country. If a 100,000 young Ghanaians can't demand change in the way about 10-50 people sitting in some air-conditioned office somewhere are treating them, then how can these same people fight for this country... it's really sad...
In our Ghanaian society, as soon as you get your first job, a number of family responsibilities will be put on your shoulders... You are told to carry your share of the family "burden"...maybe the officers at NABCO and their so-called defense attorneys in the various NABCO platforms forget that as soon as they told the whole world that they have given us jobs, they gave us responsibilities as well...we are required to contribute to family wellbeing...some even go as far as to pay school fees for younger siblings...
SO WHY CANT WE COMPLAIN?
I'm even more disappointed in the so-called self-appointed executives of NABCO trainees association...they are the cowards I'm talking about, the bootlickers......more to come...
